Directions for use:
DENTAL: Apply 2-3 ml to your toothbrush and clean twice daily to help reduce dental plaque OR use a clean applicator to apply the liquid directly to painful teeth as required.
ORAL APPLICATION: To relieve symptoms of mild occasional mouth ulcers, use a clean applicator and apply directly to affected area twice daily.
Daily use: dilute 2-3 ml in warm water swish around the mouth for 1 minute and gargle before expelling liquid.
