Watermelon with Manuka Syrup & Chantilly Cream
½ Cup Manuka honey MGO 30
200 ml hot water (Not boiling)
200 ml Thickened Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Tbsp Icing Mixture
The zest of 1 orange
- Cut the Watermelon into triangles and remove the skin.
- Divide the Watermelon into bowls. Pour the Honey into the hot water and stir well until dissolved.
- Pour the syrup over the Watermelon and place in the fridge for 15 – 20 minutes to chill.
