Manuka Honey & Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
½ cup Milk
½ cup Rolled Oats
½ Banana, chopped (save the other half for the top)
2 tsp Manuka Honey
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Method:
      1.  Add the milk to a glass or jar, stir in the vanilla essence, yoghurt and                   honey until well combined.

  1. Add the banana and oats stir well and make sure that all of the oats are covered with the liquid.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Chop the rest of the banana and drizzle some Manuka Honey over before serving.

*Sultanas and or chopped nuts can also be added to give a little more texture if you wish.
