Bee My Valentine Biscoff & Honey Truffles
Ingredients:
150 g Dark Chocolate
170 g Biscoff Biscuits
½ Cup Walnuts or almonds chopped
½ cup Milk
3 Tbsp Cream
1.5 Tbsp Manuka Honey
150 g Dark Chocolate to coat the truffles
Coloured Sugar
Method:
1. Crush the biscuits and place in a large bowl. Melt 150 g of the chocolate and pour over the biscuits. Add the chopped nuts, milk, cream and honey. Mix until combined.
- Chill in the fridge until firm enough to roll into balls. Place the balls onto a lined tray and chill for a further 1 hour.
- Melt the rest of the chocolate, roll each ball in the chocolate, sprinkle with the coloured sugar and set in the fridge.
4. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
