Asian Style Chicken Meatballs with a Manuka Honey with Ginger & Lime sauce

500g chicken mince
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp fresh mint
2 Tbsp plain flour
1/4 cup Sesame oil
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Nature's Gold "A sweeter You" Manuka honey with ginger
1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp spring onion
2 Tbsp mint
Sesame seeds, and 1 Spring onion to garnish

1.  Preheat the oven to 175C.  In a blender, combine all of the sauce ingredients, pulse until herbs are shredded. Set aside.
2.  Combine all of the meatball ingredients, mix together using your hands until combined and roll into balls.  Place on a lined baking tray.
3.  Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and baste with the sauce.  Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes.
4.  Before serving, brush with some more sauce, sprinkle with Sesame seeds and garnish with some spring onion.
