Ingredients:
1 Cup tinned pineapple chunks
1 Cup mango, chopped
1 Banana, Mashed
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Nature's Gold Manuka Honey MGO 30
Melted chocolate and Coconut to decorate
Method:
1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze for several hours, until set.
3. Serve as they are, or melt some chocolate to dip them in, and sprinkle with coconut or your ice cream toppings such as nuts or sprinkles.
