Ingredients: 1⁄4 Cup brown Sugar 1⁄4 Cup Manuka Honey MGO 30 1⁄4 Cup Grape Seed Oil 1⁄2 Cup Corn Flakes 3 Cups Oats 1⁄2 Cup Desiccated Coconut 1⁄4 Cup Chopped slivered almonds 1 cup chopped dried Fruit (I use apricot, apple, cranberries & Sultanas)
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to a low heat - approx 150C Line a deep baking sheet with baking paper. 2. Combine the sugar, honey and oil in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until sugar has dissolved. 3. Place the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the honey mixture. Stir it through until combined. 4. Evenly distribute the muesli onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 mins. Whilst cooking 3 times, stir the mixture through and then spread it out evenly again on the sheet to make sure it is toasting evenly. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
