8 cups popcorn, popped
135 g butter
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup Nature's Gold MGO 30 Manuka honey
1 tsp Bicarb Soda
1. In a large saucepan, heat the butter, sugar and honey on a medium heat until simmering for 5 minutes.
2. Add the Bicarb soda - The mixture will froth and puff up.
3. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir through until it is evenly coated. Place on a lined baking sheet to cool.
