Ingredients: 50g chocolate 1-2 tsp Manuka with Chilli 1-2 tsp Milk or Cream 12 small plastic spoons
Add the chocolate and honey to a small saucepan and turn onto a low heat.
As the chocolate starts to melt with the honey it will want to seize and clump up. Quickly add the milk or cream and whisk until smooth & glossy.
Turn off the heat and wait a minute or two until the chocolate just starts to thicken and using another small spoon pour some mixture onto your plastic spoons placing on a tray and putting in the fridge immediately.
