600ml Double cream
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or Vanilla extract)
1 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped
2 Tbsp Nature's Gold Manuka Honey
1. In an electric mixer, whisk the cream, condensed milk and vanilla on high speed for about 7 minutes or until whipped, light and fluffy with soft to medium peaks.
2. Lightly fold through the chopped Macadamia nuts and swirl through the honey.
3. Place in an airtight container, or line a loaf tin with plastic wrap and pour your ice cream into the container or mould. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours until frozen and ready to serve.
