4 cups spring water
5 green tea bags
1 heaped tsp minced ginger
3 Tbsp Nature's Gold MGO 30 Manuka honey
3 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
Heat the water in a saucepan until it comes to a rapid simmer. Turn off the heat. Add the tea bags.
Add the ginger and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Strain into a jug and allow to cool.
Add the honey, stir well. Add the lemon and orange juice and stir well to blend.
Serve chilled over lots of ice.
*If you prefer a more intense ginger flavour replace the honey with Nature's Gold "A sweeter you" Manuka honey with ginger.
