1 pkt milk or dark chocolate melts
Nature's Gold "A Sweeter You" Manuka Honey with plum
Chocolate mould


Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, at 30 second intervals, stirring to ensure it is melting evenly and does not burn.

With a teaspoon, spoon the melted chocolate into the mould, making sure to bring some up the sides to create a shell for the filling.

Place a drizzle of the plum honey, and some of the foam from the top of the jar into the centre of the chocolates until they are filled 3/4 of the way up.
Cover to the brim of the mould with more of the melted chocolate. (Chocolate chilli lovers can replace the plum honey with our Manuka Honey with chilli instead.)

Place in the fridge until set.

Decorate the chocolates with some melted white chocolate or with a store bought coloured icing pen.  Let your imagination go wild!
